Refund & Returns Policy

At FlexForge Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
