We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a return or refund in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

• Return shipping costs are covered by Trendora for defective or incorrect items
