Thank you for shopping with FlexForge Fitness! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Standard Shipping: R100.00 — delivered within 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: R150.00 — delivered within 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over R770.00
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery online.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, FlexForge Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. FlexForge Fitness is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
